Husband of a lovely wife and father of 2 beautiful girls from Turkiye, has been in training and development sector for more than 25 years. After graduating from English Language Teaching department he started his career as a teacher in 2001 and later specialized in European Union projects and held roles within the Ministry of National Education and the Turkish National Agency for Erasmus+. After completing his master’s degree in Adult Education at Ankara University in 2018, he moved to the private sector, founding KIZANLIKLI Training Consultancy and Coaching. Now as a accredited Professional coach on PCC level from Internationcal Coaching Federation and senior practitioner of European Mentoring Council, he has participated as trainer and keynote speaker in numerous national and international events on youth, competency development, education need and project management.
