Monika Sibinovska was born in Skopje, N. Macedonia, and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the intersection of law and technology. With a master’s degree in law from the esteemed Faculty Iustinianus I at the University St-Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, and a master’s degree in digital Humanities from the University of Salento in Italy, Monika has cultivated a diverse and impactful career.

Commencing her professional journey in 2014, Monika served as a Corporate Lawyer at KAM Macedonia, a regional retail trade chain. In 2019, she moved to Italy, where she currently excels as a Project Manager in the ICT sector at APM tech, a member of the Npo Torino (a RICOH company). Her role revolves around project management, reflecting her deep-seated passion for innovation and digitalization.

A relentless researcher and innovator, Monika co-created the groundbreaking “Legal Calculator”, the SaaS platform and the mobile app which is the first legal tech product in the Balkans. In addition, she founded “Pravotron”, a legal tech startup, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to pushing the boundaries of technological applications in law, even though the venture is presently inactive.

Monika’s commitment to societal impact extends beyond the corporate realm. Actively engaged in the third sector, she consistently contributes to projects funded under the EU umbrella. Her involvement spans diverse sectors, including education, sustainable living, art and design, culture, immigration, and civil culture. This commitment underscores Monika’s holistic approach to societal progress, blending her legal acumen with a profound dedication to positive change.
