Dr Jan Šír is a research fellow at the Institute of International Studies, Charles University in Prague. He specializes in post-Soviet politics and security. He is the author and co-author of three books, including Ruská agrese proti Ukrajině (Russia’s Aggression Against Ukraine, 2nd ed. Praha: Karolinum, 2023).
