Stanisław Mazur – prof. UEK dr hab. Rektor Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego w Krakowie, Kierownik Katedry Polityk Publicznych, były Dziekan Kolegium Gospodarki i Administracji Publicznej. Redaktor naczelny kwartalnika „Zarządzanie Publiczne”. Specjalizacja akademicka: analiza polityk publicznych, zarządzanie publiczne, organizacyjne i systemowe uczenie się. Brał udział jako ekspert i koordynator w kilkudziesięciu projektach krajowych i międzynarodowych z zakresu analizy polityk publicznych; jakości rządzenia; zarządzania strategicznego; organizacyjnego uczenia się. Autor ponad 260 publikacji naukowych publikowanych w renomowanych krajowych (PWN, Scholar) oraz zagranicznych wydawnictwach (Routledge, Peter Lang Publishing).

Editor-in-chief of the Public Governance quarterly.
