Andrzej Leder, philosopher, born in 1960, habilitated doctor, professor at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Polish Academy of Sciences, also practices psychotherapy. He published a philosophical treatise: Freud's science in the era of 'Sein und Zeit', work on the history of Poland: The dreamed-of revolution, an exercise in historical logic, essays on philosophical ideas in 20th century Europe: Crack on the Surface: Theory in the Psychoanalytic Field, i There was once postmodernism, a book taking up a philosophical analysis of the languages of economics: Economics is a state of mind. An exercise in the semantics of economic languages, and also, in English: The Changing Guise of Myths and in German Poland in Wachtraum. Die Revolution 1939-1956 und Ihre Folge. He teaches at the School of Social Sciences (GSSR) IFiS PAN, as well as at the University of Paris (Sorbonne). He lives in Warsaw.
