O!Lśnienienia 2021 recognises the Open Eyes Economy!

The nomination in the category of Cultural Heroes relates to a series of analytical alerts (“Alert Culture” ) and a report (“Report Culture” ) issued by the Open Eyes Economy community during the coronavirus pandemic. Professor Jerzy Hausner and his team, who lead the project, were recognised “for creating, together with a group of experts, weekly reports describing the situation, needs and ways out of the crisis for the culture industry frozen due to the lockdown”.

Regularly published alerts have proven to be a practical way of supporting culture affected by the pandemic. The tips they contain can still be used by cultural workers today – the texts are available free of charge at oees.pl/dobrzewiedziec. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with their content – it is worth using the attractively presented knowledge and conclusions of the expert group for the benefit of the people and cultural institutions that are close to us all.
