This year we have three pricing stages, which are as follows:

• from 13.06 to 29.08 the ticket price is:
  stationary ticket + online - PLN 259 gross
  online ticket – PLN 59 gross
• from 30.08 to 7.11 the ticket price is:
  stationary ticket + online - PLN 399 gross
  online ticket – PLN 79 gross
• from 8.11 to 20.11 the ticket price is:
  stationary ticket + online - PLN 499 gross
  online ticket – PLN 99 gross

Use the discount code during checkout. The place to enter it is on the right side of the form.

For the discount code to work, first fill out all the form fields. Then enter it on the right in the appropriate place and click "Confirm".

There are two payment options: via Przelewy24 (BLIK, fast transfer) or traditional transfer (based on a proforma invoice). If you choose the traditional method, the congress ticket will be sent only after the order has been paid for.

To buy more than one ticket, use the group ticket form. Group tickets can be purchased with a discount. The discount is valid from 3 tickets, and its amount depends on the number of selected tickets (when buying 3-5 tickets 10% discount, when buying 6-10 tickets 15% discount, more than 10 tickets 20% discount) . If you wish to receive an invoice for a company, please enter your company details during the ordering process in the form.

If your order payment was unsuccessful, please go to the ticket selection page and purchase again.

A child accompanied by an adult can attend the event for free. However, please note that we do not provide childcare during the congress. During on-site registration, you will be required to fill out a form to report your child's presence at the event.

Yes, there are special free tickets for students. Such a ticket is available to a person who is under 26 years of age and has a valid student or doctoral ID. Free registration takes place on the website: https://kongres.oees.pl/en/bilety/

First, make sure that your ticket payment was made correctly. If so, your purchased ticket should have been sent to the email address you provided when creating your account.

If you have not found your purchased tickets in your email box, please check whether the order has not been sent to another folder, such as SPAM or OTHER.

To receive an invoice in English, you must purchase on the English version of the ticketing platform. You can access it using the button in the upper right corner.

You may withdraw from participation in the Congress (after making the payment) under the terms and conditions set out in the regulations by October 31.10.2024, XNUMX, by sending a written declaration of withdrawal to the Organizer in the form of a registered letter to the Organizer's address or electronically to the e-mail address: rejestracja@oees.pl.
