STUDENT
This ticket is available to individuals under the age of 26 who hold a valid student or doctoral ID. Providing the ID number is mandatory during the registration process.
The ticket includes: participation in the on-site event, access to the online platform, and 6-month access to video recordings from the event.
A pool of 600 free student tickets is available.

1. Where can I buy a ticket for OEES?

2. How much does it cost to attend OEES?
This year, we offer five pricing stages:
November 20–December 6: Onsite + Online ticket – 149 zł (incl. VAT)
April 14–May 29: Onsite + Online ticket – 229 zł, Online-only ticket – 59 zł
May 30–August 28: Onsite + Online ticket – 299 zł , Online-only ticket – 79 zł
August 29–November 5: Onsite + Online ticket – 449 zł, Online-only ticket – 99 zł
November 6–November 19: Onsite + Online ticket – 549 zł, Online-only ticket – 119 zł
3. I have a discount code. How can I use it?
You can apply your discount code during the checkout process. At the bottom of the order form, click the field next to “I have promo code” and enter your code.
4. How can I pay for my ticket?
You can pay either via Przelewy24 (BLIK, quick transfer, credit/debit card) or by traditional bank transfer (based on a pro forma invoice). If you choose the traditional transfer, the ticket will only be sent after the payment is received.
5. How can I buy tickets for multiple people?
To purchase more than one ticket, please use the group ticket form. Group tickets come with a discount:
4–9 tickets – 10% off
10–19 tickets – 15% off
20–25 tickets – 20% off

6. I would like an invoice issued to my company. How do I do that?
Simply enter your company details in the appropriate fields during the checkout process.
7. My payment failed. How can I try again?
If your payment failed, please return to the ticket selection page and make your purchase again.
8. I am a person with a disability and require an accompanying assistant. Do I need to buy a ticket for them too?

9. Can I attend the event with my child? Do I need to buy a ticket for them?
Children accompanied by an adult may attend the event free of charge. However, we do not provide child care during the congress. You will be required to fill out a child attendance form upon on-site registration.
10. Are there special tickets for students?
Yes, we offer free tickets for students under 26 years old who hold a valid student or PhD student ID. Free registration is available at: https://kongres.oees.pl/bilety/

12. I haven't received my ticket or confirmation email. What should I do?
First, make sure your payment went through correctly. If so, your ticket should have been sent to the email address provided during registration.
